Looking for a sweet treat to make your Valentine?

Try this dessert recipe from our resident/staff cookbook:

Marshmallow Cupcakes Cupcake
By: Raneem Suleiman

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 Cups of Chocolate Hershey Kisses
  • 1/4 Cups of Butter
  • 1/3 Cups of Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • Marshmallows
  • Powdered Sugar (optional)

    Directions:
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Melt the chocolate Hershey Kisses in the microwave for a minute.
  • Stir the melted chocolate with sugar, eggs and vanilla
  • Add the flour to the mix
  • Pour the mix in a cupcake pan half full
  • Add a marshmallow to each cup
  • Cover the marshmallow with the remaining cake mix
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, cool and enjoy!

    Parking Permits

    If you currently have Resident Parking and you change cars, you must come to the Management Office to obtain a new sticker. Just bring your registration to the Office and we will be happy to provide you with a new one. Cars that display parking stickers that are not assigned to the specific vehicle that it was originally issued for will be towed and stored at the vehicle owners expense. Also, if you have a rental car while your own car is being repaired, we can issue you a guest pass until your vehicle is ready.

    Request Your Guest Parking Permit Online

    You've let us know that you want to be able to request a guest parking permit online. Well, you got it! Please fill out the parking form here to request your guest parking permit.

    After you fill out the form, the permit will be emailed directly to you. Please print that permit out and display it clearly in your guest's front window.

    Remember that guest parking permits are $5 per day and you will be billed accordingly. Park on!

    The Malden Police Department utilizes a “reverse 911” or CodeRed System to send important telephone messages to Malden residents to notify them of pending situations like weather emergencies, parking bans, or emergencies that are affecting a certain area.
