- Inoperable toilet (applies to apartments with no functioning restroom)
- Broken or inoperable door lock
- Refrigerator not cooling
- Inoperable oven/stove
- Garbage disposal causing kitchen sink clog
- Anything that may cause harm or injury to a resident
